Her current project in Guatemala seeks to create sustainable incomes for women and families. She started a small campaign called “Bracelets for Change”, which teaches the local women how to make traditional Guatemalan bracelets while introducing ways to micro-finance the program on their own. Courtney is dedicated to advancing the health and equality of all communities by decreasing inequalities based on gender and income. She has worked internationally for the last 3 years but is seeking to make a difference in her local community. She is dedicated to empowering under-served populations and is excited to be leading World Care into the next generation of non-profit work.
